Dulcinea® PureHeart® and Tuscan-Style® Extra Sweet Cantaloupe Salsa
Italian flavor with a twist, dip your chips in this tasty salsa of refreshing watermelon, cantaloupe, Anaheim chili, avocado and cilantro.
- 1/2 Dulcinea® Tuscan-Style® Extra Sweet Cantaloupe, diced (about 3 1/2 – 4 cups)
- 1 cup Dulcinea® PureHeart® Mini Seedless Watermelon, diced
- 1 Anaheim chili, seeded and diced
- 1 medium ripe avocado, seeded, peeled, diced
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
- Sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Combine all ingredients in serving bowl.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve with tortilla chips.
