Dulcinea® Tuscan-Style® Extra Sweet Cantaloupe Tartlet

Top your favorite homemade sugar cookies with honeyed Mascarpone cheese, slices of sweet cantaloupe and fresh berries


Yields 8 servings (each tartlet serves 2)
  • 4 Large sugar cookies, about 6-8” in diameter
  • 8 ozs Mascarpone cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh lemon zest
  • 1 Dulcinea® Extra Sweet Tuscan-Style® Extra Sweet Cantaloupe, peeled, seeded and sliced very thin
  • Garnish:
  • 1 cup Fresh raspberries, blueberries and blackberries
  • Powdered sugar
  • Grand Marnier, Midori or Madiera to drizzle, optional


Make large sugar cookies with your favorite sugar cookie dough. Allow cookies to cool thoroughly. In a small bowl, mix together the Mascarpone, honey and lemon until smooth. Spread 2 ounces over each cookie crust and top with slices of Extra Sweet Tuscan-Style® Extra Sweet Cantaloupe. Drizzle with liqueur, optional. Top with fresh berries, sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into wedges.
