Citrus Caprese Skewers


  • 2 oranges (navel and/or cara cara)
  • 8 oz. small fresh mozzarella pearls
  • 1 package fresh basil
  • 1 package prosciutto
  • Balsamic glaze
  • 6 inch wooden skewers


Cut oranges into segments and then bite-sized pieces. Tear basil leaves and prosciutto into small pieces. Thread orange pieces, mozzarella pearls, fresh basil and prosciutto onto skewers and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
