Fluffy Dulcinea® Tuscan-Style® Extra Sweet Cantaloupe Cheesecake Cups

Tuscan-Style® Extra Sweet Cantaloupe and colored sprinkles elevate these cheesecake cups to deliciously extraordinary!


  • 1 (8 ounce) block ⅓ less fat Neufchatel cheese, at room temperature
  • 2 cups whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 teaspoon coconut or pineapple extract
  • 6 miniature graham cracker crusts
  • 1 Dulcinea® Tuscan-Style® Extra Sweet Cantaloupe, seeded and cubed
  • Pastel cake sprinkles, chocolate covered sunflower seeds, chopped toasted nuts and/or toasted coconut


  1. Place cream cheese in a large mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer until fluffy.
  2. Add whipped topping and extract to the bowl.
  3. Very carefully stir ingredients together with a rubber spatula.
  4. Spoon into graham cracker shells and top with cantaloupe cubes.
  5. Add decorative sprinkles or topping of choice and serve.
